One of the best ways to experience a destination i One of the best ways to experience a destination is through its food. We got to explore Haywood County, North Carolina, on a fun culinary food tour, stopping to learn about coffee roasting at Smoky Mountain Coffee Roasters, and all about the tasty drinks produced at Waynesville Soda Jerks. We stopped at Sunburst Trout Farm facility tour for a Sunburst trout tasting, then had a delicious lunch at Singletree Heritage Kitchen. We ended the day sampling some excellent craft beers at Boojum Brewing Co. The best part was talking with all the local family producers who bring this great culinary scene to life in Haywood County.

Canada's smallest province packs a lot into one ro Canada's smallest province packs a lot into one road trip. Prince Edward Island is just 140 miles long, so you can drive from tip to tip in a day, but you'll want to take time to explore the island. Getting here is part of the adventure: you can drive across the 8-mile Confederation Bridge from New Brunswick, hop the seasonal ferry from Nova Scotia, or fly into Charlottetown. Once you arrive, you're greeted by rolling green farmland, red sandstone cliffs, and miles of beaches. PEI is the birthplace of Canadian Confederation and the setting of Lucy Maud Montgomery's beloved Anne of Green Gables, but today it's just as famous for its food: fresh-off-the-boat lobster, briny oysters, and the potatoes the island is known for. Add in more than 60 lighthouses, charming fishing villages, and three scenic coastal drives, and you've got one of the most relaxing and rewarding road trips in North America. #PrinceEdwardIsland #PEI #RoadTrip #ExploreCanada #GoWorldTravel

We spent a fun afternoon exploring the southeaster We spent a fun afternoon exploring the southeastern corner of Prince Edward Island by e-bike. We saw beautiful coastline, many farms and two iconic lighthouses. The Cape Bear Lighthouse and Marconi Station (the second lighthouse in the video) was the first Canadian land station to receive the RMS Titanic's distress signal on the night of April 14, 1912. Today, the community cares for the lighthouse and it's open to visitors. #PEI #princeedwardisland #canada #lighthouse
Beautiful Porto, Portugal was the last stop on our Beautiful Porto, Portugal was the last stop on our Viking Douro River cruise adventure. The city was full of color and bustling with life. I'd love to return to spend more time in this gorgeous Portuguese city. #porto #portgual #myvikingstory #portugaltrip

We got to visit the town's winery coop, stop at a bakery for a bread-baking demonstration and had an amazing meal. I really enjoyed this Viking excursion where we went far off the beaten path to have an authentic experience in this lovely town. #portugal #myvikingstory #travel #rivercruise
